6 ways to help you control fear

If you live in fear you have not lived . Fear never leads you to the next steps in your life, and takes away the opportunity to discover new things. Unfortunately, many of us have not realized our tame worries, making us not enjoy life in the most complete way. And one thing worth mentioning is that most of us do not consider overcoming ourselves to be a living goal, so that our worries go on with us on the road of life.
On the other hand, there are people who really want help, but they don't know how, maybe they are too embarrassed to ask someone, they are afraid of being judged or teased. Therefore, they face the fear alone. However, you should trust your partner, parents or other family members or friends, and get their help to overcome your fear. At least you are mentally supported, you will be motivated to overcome your worries. Who knows, it's the same person you ask for help with, and you can both hold hands and cross.
Sometimes fear can be something you face every day but never allow it to invade your life. One way or another, we need to control fear. Repelling fear is the determination to overcome it.

1. Determine what the worry is

6. Don't be too focused on negative things
This is a simple exercise from psychiatrist Paul Dubois. Every night, take out a piece of paper and divide it into two columns. List things that you have trouble in a column and good things in the other column.
Next, try to think of a good thing for each of your difficulties . If you realize that there are always good things happening every day around you, you will think less about negative things.
Conquering fear is a long process and requires investment, but don't be discouraged, because the fear will slowly fade over time. Remember, nothing is too great, as long as you keep your mind and body healthy to overcome your challenges. That has brought a much better quality of life.
