The report also shows that the cure rate is largely due to the use of cisplatin , a chemotherapy drug that is also used in the treatment of secondary lung, bladder and ovarian cancer. female.

Dr Harpal Kumar, director of Cancer Research Organization said: ' Cisplatin is a very successful success in cancer research and treatment'.

'It helps testicular cancer patients to fight the disease. At the same time is a good example of what we can do with specialized studies , 'Kumar added.

'With some cancers, curing is now a reality. 96% of men with testicular cancer are now able to cure the disease. However, it is important that we realize that still 4% of them still cannot escape the disease. We still have to keep trying to help these people in the future , 'Kumar said.

'Continuing to do research that can help us defeat all cancers , ' Kumar added.

One of the early symptoms of testicular cancer is a tumor or bump inside the testicle.

Martin Ledwick of the British Cancer Research Organization recommends that men should not ignore these warning signs.

'Although most tumors in the testicles do not lead to cancer. However, it is important for you to recognize its signs early in order to have the cure. '
