Add fingers for hands

For those who think that each hand has 5 fingers is not enough, scientists at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT, USA) have built robot gloves that add 2 fingers to the hand.

According to Financial Express, MIT engineers presented robotic gloves with 7 fingers, including 5 normal fingers and 2 fingers on each side of the hand.

It may seem confusing, but in fact this glove is quite easy to use.

'You don't need to order anything complicated, just move your fingers as usual, and so the robot fingers react and support your fingers , ' said Professor Harry Asada.

The movement of the gloves is based on the biophysical agonist mechanism, the idea that each finger reacts to the movements of its fingers, for example if you want to hold a bottle, the fingers grow more will try to support.

The expert team created the synchronic algorithm by equipping many position sensors for gloves, and was trying to streamline the size that was at its rather bulky level.
