Add strange objects to Yen Bai

Near the sphere of falling spheres falling morning 2/1, people found another piece of metal falling into Tan Hong commune (Tran Yen, Yen Bai).

On January 2 afternoon, people discovered another piece of metal, weighing about 200 grams, scorched to the outside of Mr. Dinh Van Ba's house in Village 5, Tan Hong Commune (Tran Yen, Yen Bai). Mr. Ba's house is about 5km away from Mrs. Loi's house (where the strange spherical object falls).

Mr. Ba said, the piece of metal fell on the house, broke two cement fibrillary sheets and fell into the cement floor. Thankfully no one was hurt.

According to some people, before strange objects landed, loud explosions in the sky were heard clearly within a very wide range of tens of kilometers.

Earlier in the morning of January 2, local people discovered at Mrs. Tran Thi Loi's house in village 1, Tan Dong commune (Tran Yen) a strange object with spherical shape, round shape about 40cm in diameter falling into the garden.

Talking to PV, Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc, Chairman of Tran Yen District People's Committee, said that two strange objects were temporarily seized and preserved at the Military Command of Tran Yen district to wait for authorities to investigate. Initially verified, these two objects are made of steel, contain no radioactive material, although it seems scorched but not caused by some explosion.

"People living near the detection of strange objects are no longer worried because the authorities verify no radioactive substances are toxic to people," Phuoc said.
