Smart trash created by Bin.E company can identify and sort garbage, according to Mirror. The sorting process begins as soon as the garbage is put in. Using a combination of sensors, image recognition technology and artificial intelligence, Bin.E trash can determine whether the object is a mixture, glass, plastic or paper and then compress it before moving into the compartment. fit.
A new type of trash will also collect data and send it to an external data warehouse. Data warehouse aggregates information from multiple devices to improve the image recognition process. When one of the compartments is full, Bin.E will alert the maintenance service and the waste management company to staff to collect. Because the garbage has been compressed, the collection process is simple and clean.
Bin.E is being tested in Poland and can be sold in the UK in the next few years. The price of smart trash is not cheap. The office version costs about 570 USD and the user has to pay an additional fee of 142 USD for the accompanying application. Home use version is expected to cost less.
