Australians are thirsty

Prime Minister John Howard has warned: Australians have no alternative but to use recycled wastewater due to the most severe drought in history.

He praised Queensland Governor Peter Beattie, who is courageous when he decides to give people in the state some time to use it. Howard reassured people that people in Singapore, London (England), Washington and southern California (the United States) had to drink recycled waste water and still . plow.

Due to the drought, most of the major cities in Australia had to adopt water-saving measures. But people still disagree with the use of recycled water because they believe that the government is at fault in neglecting the construction of infrastructure systems to better manage domestic water.
