Food that remains in the teeth only after a few hours has turned into a bad odor. Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Should be slow, at least 3 minutes. Use dental floss daily to clean teeth.

There is no habit of shaving the tongue : White, shiny teeth that leave the tongue dirty can still have an unpleasant odor. When looking at a mirror if you see a thicker, white or yellow face, it is the point of the bacteria. After brushing your teeth, use a specialized brush to shave the tongue. You can use a toothbrush instead, but be more careful.

Tartar and tooth decay : When you smell bad breath, you should check tartar and detect tooth decay early. For normal people, it is a habit to get tartar twice a year to protect the strength of the teeth.

Tobacco addiction : Nicotine attacks the gums and tongue to create a particularly foul smell. On the other hand, when scooping medicine, the salivary glands become dry, creating favorable conditions for the bacteria to grow. If you can't quit the medicine, your breathing will become uncomfortable.

Sinusitis or peptic ulcer : When a dentist confirms that you do not have any gum disease, you can take into account the possibility of sinusitis or stomach ulcers, and need to be examined and treated.
