Beverages combined with beer and coffee

Picture 1 of Beverages combined with beer and coffee A half-beverage, half-brewed beverage will quickly appear on your menu. Nestec, a Swiss-based Nestle company, has created a fermented beverage that is as bubbly as beer, but has a distinctive cafe.

Drinks are made in the same way as beer, but temperatures are controlled to prevent the production of ethyl alcohol. So new drinks can be perfectly suited to long distance drivers.

Nestle said it is difficult to preserve the flavor of the coffee featured in the production process. The beans are roasted as usual and the natural flavoring agent is separated by a frozen condenser and then converted to coffee oil. The remaining is ground into powder, mixed with yeast and sugar, and fermented for 4 hours at temperatures below 22 degrees Celsius. At that temperature, the yeast can still be metabolized but does not produce alcohol.

At this point, the new perfume oil is mixed with liquid and nitrogen is injected to form a foam. Adding a little sugar also helps to retain the aroma until the beverage is poured out, Nestle revealed.
