Capture the atomic core

Images that have never been seen before inside the atomic structure have been published, after international scientists have done the impossible: taking a picture of a hypoglycemic core.

An international team of scientists has captured the inner image of an atom in a revolutionary experiment, according to Nanowerk.

The breakthrough was made in the Netherlands, when experts used lasers and microscopes to look inside hydrogen atoms.

Images of this type have never been published before, because snapping tiny particles and disturbing the inside of an atom is an impossible task.

However, experts in Amsterdam have finally made the most difficult-to-see goal, thanks to a special lens capable of zooming in at 20,000 times.

This experiment has pushed beyond the limits set by quantum physicists. Team leader Aneta Stodolna said cheerfully: 'We are extremely satisfied with our results.'

The research is the work of experts at the AMOLF, a laboratory of the Dutch Organization for Fundamental Research.

The group is now embarking on helium research.
