Cars 'Made in China' run 500km with water
A Chinese car company claims to have built a hydrogen-powered car that can run up to 500km of water with water alone.
According to the local newspaper Nanyang Daily, Qingnian Cars 'special car model in Henan Province, China has just rolled on May 22 by visiting state officials' factories.

Pang Qingnian, director of Qingnian Cars, said the car could run 300-500km with fuel of 300-400 liters of water.'Research and development costs are trade secrets so I can't disclose them. We built it at a low cost and it was the company's own technology , "he told Thepaper.cn.
Pang director explained that the engine of this car model powered by hydrogen was produced through a chemical reaction when the mixture of aluminum powder and water catalyzed each other.
'The water we use is water in China, we don't have to go to the Middle East to buy oil. Water also does not pollute the air , 'said Pang.
He also dismissed the experts' question that the cost of making hydrogen-powered engines was too expensive and said the company would recycle the substances used during operation and research.
In addition to electric vehicles and vehicles powered by hydrogen are gradually becoming popular in the market of green energy vehicles. In order for hydrogen cars to run on water, water would have to undergo electrolysis to produce hydrogen to power the engine.
Chinese media reported that the car had a successful test last week, but there was no video to prove it. Currently this car has not been put into mass production.
