According to Lu, the reasons for these 'scientific research owners' can be put into funding for scientific research because the right to review and approve scientific research grant applications focuses on only a few. certain and this process is not transparent.

Lu added that most 'scientific research employers' consider their students 'employees'.

Instead of promoting the potential of students in research, they make use of students to complete their own research projects and this jeopardizes the students' learning process.

Chairman of CAS said that it is necessary to punish these "scientific researchers" according to the law after finding out the truth, Mr. Lu pointed out that China should create the management of scientific research into democracy. and more transparent and enhance external management to stop this phenomenon.
