Chocolate water

Scientists at Birmingham University (UK) have created a type of chocolate you can eat a lot without fear of harm to health. That's because the fat in chocolate has been replaced by water, according to the Telegraph newspaper, led by Dr. Philip Cox, the team leader.

This kind of low-fat chocolate contains about 60% water and has a taste similar to normal chocolate. The researchers also added that they can replace the fat in traditional chocolate with substances that do not provide calories such as air or gene. The team is also making mayonnaise and low-fat porridge to help prevent hunger.
