Cold air poured down North Central

According to the Central Hydrometeorological Center, last night, cold air affected the North, causing showers and thunderstorms with gusts of wind above level 6. Tonight, cold air will continue to affect North Central.

In the coming days, the northern area is not rainy and sunny, the highest temperature reaches 31 degrees Celsius (Hanoi), the lowest is 20 degrees Celsius (Son La). Nha Trang, Pleiku and Ho Chi Minh City have showers and thunderstorms.

In the northeastern region of the East Sea, there was the storm Wipha (the name of a woman in Thai legend). This is the 12th storm this year to operate in the Pacific Northwest.

At 1 o'clock this morning, the storm center is 430 km away from the Philippines island of Batanes with the strongest winds of 210 km / h. Predictably, Typhoon Wipha will move west to northwest with an hourly speed of 19 km. In the next 3 days, the storm will weaken into a tropical depression.
