Compare Highway 5 with Hanoi-Hai Phong highway

The first 22.7km of the Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Project through Hai Phong City was opened in the morning of May 27. The Hanoi - Hai Phong highway (national highway 5B) runs parallel to the old National Highway 5 (National Highway 5A) has been opened for traffic all the way today, December 5, 2015.

What is the difference between Highway 5 and Hanoi - Hai Phong highway?

In the old highway 5a, the maximum speed is 80km / h while the new highway is 120km / h.

The highway only has cars that can take part in traffic on the road.
