  2. Use diuretics.
  3. The biological clock is disturbed.
  4. The bladder is overactive or unstable due to inflammation.
  5. Diabetes.
  6. Drink too much water before going to bed.

  1. Do not drink water before going to bed.
  2. Keep a diary of your drinks to find out which water your body is sensitive to.
  3. Limit caffeine-containing beverages.
