Device help control paper plane by smartphone

A device called PowerUp will allow us to control the paper plane with our very own smartphone.

In childhood we would have been attached to paper folding planes to play with friends. However, there are probably few of us who think that the toy airplanes can be controlled remotely by machines. However, that's about to become a reality with a recently introduced device called the PowerUp.

The PowerUp is basically a device with a capacitor in the front and a rotor and rear rudder. The components are connected by a carbon fiber shaft. You attach the device to the paper plane you just folded, launch an application that the manufacturer released on smartphone, and so was able to use the smartphone as the remote control for his aircraft. Smartphone requires Bluetooth 4.0 to connect to control PowerUp.

This device has been developed before, but with version 3.0 this is the first time, PowerUp allows users to remote control. In addition, it also allows the aircraft to fly in different directions rather than simply flying straight. PowerUp 3.0 also promises a 10-minute recharging time. Control range of the device up to 55 m.

Shai Goitein, the creator of the device, is raising funds on Kickstarter for $ 50,000 to fund the device. According to the latest information from the manufacturer, the device currently supports only iPhone 4S and above, and iPad mini. And if they get $ 150,000 in capital, they will develop applications for Android 4.3. PowerUp is expected to be available in May. With their first venture capitalists, they can buy this unique device at a promotional price of $ 30.
