Discover the largest dinosaur bone ever in Australia

The bones of two of the largest dinosaurs ever discovered in Australia were exhibited at the Queensland Museum in Brisbane, Queensland state capital, on May 3.

These two Titanosaur are named Cooper and George 25 meters long. The biggest wave from the front foot is 1.5 meters long, weighs 100 kg. Museum manager Scott Hocknull said the size of each animal is equal to the size of two cars.

Their bones were discovered by cattle ranchers near Eromanga in 2005 and 2006. This town is 1,000 km west of Brisbane.

One of the campers said that the drought in the region was making the discovery of fossils easier.

Titanosaur is a group of prehistoric animals with lizard legs, long necks, long tails, eating plants, existed during the Juras and early Cretaceous period, from 100 to 200 million years ago. Their bones are found all over the world.
