New species with pliers are discovered

New pliers are named after author's daughter, Bao Ngoc - Neolucanus baongoca e. This is a particularly brilliant and rare color clamp plier compared to known pliers (photos).

Neolucanus baongocae is very close to Neolucanus fuscus which has collected samples in Tam Dao National Park - Vinh Phuc. But when compared to Neolucanus fuscus specimens, Neolucanus baongocae has a shark that grows above the inward direction in the center of the upper jaw. This is also an important characteristic to distinguish this species from the rest.

New species Neolucanus baongocae was discovered in the subtropical humid evergreen closed forest area, 1,600m high in Bioup - Nui Ba national park, Lam Dong province in mid-May 2013.
