The goal of the project is to build an urban model ecological house by integrating renewable energy technologies and new materials in a home-building design model with wind and solar energy use. efficient to minimize at least 50% of electricity consumption in the 'eco-house' , produce hot water and purified water with renewable energy for domestic use.

The model contributes to optimizing indoor lighting to save energy and prevent eye diseases. Construction houses that use new materials such as lightweight bricks and concrete both protect the environment and save energy costs in living and maintenance thanks to the properties of insulation, sound insulation, and waterproofing.

The house has an organic garden with organic plants, flowers, fruits and vegetables, providing a rich source of nutrients for the family and creating a green landscape without much land. Because of using three-dimensional space, suitable for urban residents.

This model will also create a green tree ecological environment in the house and provide clean vegetables and fruits to employers, contributing to raising awareness of urban residents on environmental protection and disaster mitigation. .

Nguyen Thuy Nhi, Team Leader, said that if the above objectives are met, this project will open a huge market for the construction industry with green apartments with reasonable prices and high utility for owner, both actively contribute to the protection of the ecological environment.
