Europeans have white skin thanks to genetic modification
The white skin of the Europeans is derived from the genetic transformation of a person who lived 10,000 years ago between the Middle East region and the Indian subcontinent.

American scientists came to this conclusion after identifying a key gene that makes up the white skin of Europeans.
Professor Keith Cheng from Penn College of Medicine and Pharmacy said that different amino acid levels in SLC24A5 are the basic factors that make up the difference in skin color between Europeans and West Africans.
'The skin is brighter due to the ability to make vitamin D better from sunlight , ' he said.
In the study, Professor Victor Canfield collaborated with Professor Cheng to study the differences in the DNA sequence on a global scale. The scientists studied the segments of genetic code that have mutations and are located close to the same chromosome. As a result, they discovered the modified code called A111T in the ancestors of Europeans, Middle East, Indian subcontinent, but very few in Africans.
Professor Cheng now plans to study important gene patterns, determining the color of the East Asians.
