Fabrication of rice smoking machines by aerodynamic methods

After a long time of researching, Mr. Vo Van Vo Ngam, owner of Mai Hong Phuong agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise in Dinh An commune, Go Quao district, Kien Giang province, successfully created rice vacuum machine by method aerodynamics.

The machine helps clean dust in grain rice, does not pollute the environment, contributing to replacing manual labor that is scarce in rural areas today.

Coming from a family of rice milling business in Go Quao district, but having knowledge of mechanical engineering, in the past 3 years, Mr. Ngai has invested much effort, diligently researched and started in June, manufacturing Successful new improved rice suction machine with capacity of 30 tons / hour.

This type of machine operates according to the aerodynamic principle, in which the fan and electric motor are imported from abroad. The vacuum blows rice from boats, barges onto kilns, plants and vice versa, with the ability to suck and blow rice on the length of 800m and elevate it to about 30m.

Mr. Ngai said to minimize the amount of dust spreading out into the air environment during the rice suction process, the machine is designed by centrifugal dust separation technology. When rice into three spiral cans will go to the bottom to be pushed out, while dust is separated by gas flow through a three cans to separate bags. Because the machine is produced by vacuum technology and does not go through the fan, the level of loss or breakage is negligible, ensuring the quality of rice.

Mr. Ngoi's rice vacuum machine has many outstanding features, initially creating the impression and confidence of many farmer households doing rice drying in and outside the province. The investment cost of installing a rice grain suction machine is about VND 250 million.

Mr. Vu Minh Thang, owner of Minh Thang rice drying facility 1, 2 and 3, Thanh An commune, Vinh Thanh district, Can Tho city was the first to order this machine.

When put into operation, Mr. Thang only needs 5-6 workers, the output reaches 150 tons of rice / day, compared with the previous manual method, only about 100 tons of rice / day, in quantity workers of 35-40 people, on average, each ton of rice reduced by 50%.

The important issue is that this type of rice vacuum is a very small amount of dust discharged, does not affect the surrounding environment, workers are more secure for their health.

Currently Mai Hong Phuong agricultural machinery manufacturing facility can produce rice vacuum machines with a capacity of 3-300 tons of rice / hour. According to Mr. Ngai, this machine can be used in food processing industry, wheat, corn, coffee, cashew nuts, cereals and bulk materials.

The production of Mr. Ngo's aerodynamic rice straw vacuum cleaner has not only reduced the cost, labor and did not pollute the environment, but also opened a new direction for the agricultural sector.
