Mr. Son shared it took 6 years for him to successfully invent this pepper dryer because the machine must have fresh pepper to test in the harvest season.

The drying machine is only clean, so in 2012, Mr. Son boldly planted more than 1,500 organic pepper roots as raw materials for research.

When his organic pepper garden gave results and products sold to the market were higher than normal prices, from there he started working on patent research.

Successful clean pepper dryers have helped many farmers in the commune to stand firm in the crisis of devaluation of the whole country because of inorganic production.

Recognizing the success of organic pepper gardens of Mr. Son's family and a handy infrared dryer, farmers in Nam Yang commune have also converted to organic farming.

Mr. Ngo Van Tien, Head of the Clean and Sustainable Pepper Production and Business Association of Nam Yang commune, said that most of the farmers in the cooperative group now own this infrared beam dryer.

So the output of the product is being unified by enterprises of many countries in the world such as Korea, China, the Arab Emirates . to find out the place to sign the output contract.

Currently, the machine can dry about 20kg of clean pepper, Mr. Son is continuing to research to expand the drying tray area to be able to dry a larger quantity for one operation.
