Currently, this Bio-Bug can run on both conventional fuel and compressed methane.This car with a maximum speed of 183 km / h will start with normal unleaded gasoline but it will automatically switch to compressed methane when the engine heats up.When methane is used up, the car will return to using regular gasoline fuel.

According to experimental results, each cubic meter of methane that can be supplied to a Bio-Bug is made 8.5 km long.Thus, each waste water treatment plant can provide enough fuel for a distance of 153 million km per year while reducing 19,000 tons of CO2 emissions into the environment.
