Funny reaction of animals when first mirroring

Dogs and cats often snatch or bark at their shadow in the mirror. However, what happens when larger, wild animals are first seen in the mirror?

Interesting actions of animals when first mirroring

French photographer Xavier Hubert Brierre has built large mirrors in many locations in Gabon and used motion sensors to find the answer to the question.

The resulting video revealed humorous reactions , both confused and aggressive, of the animals that were first " face-to-face " with their shadows in the mirror. For example, chimpanzees will take advantage of the opportunity to redirect themselves, look at the claws, while the leopards and gorillas will scratch, attacking the "enemy" just like themselves.
