Gmail increases the attachment size to 20 MB
Users of Google's e-mail service can now send files twice as large as the previous limit (10 MB). Representatives of the search service said the change was aimed at meeting users' demands for exchanging videos, music, photos .
Gmail capacity has also increased to 2.8 GB, once again emphasizing the commitment "never to delete e-mail" that Google announced three years ago when launching a 1 GB mailbox.
However, many people today not only use e-mail to send and receive information. They are turning it into a secure repository, so they expect Google to provide unlimited mailboxes as soon as Yahoo is doing.
