Historical encounter of two
Promising to be "thrilling" as when you and your ex-lover appear at a party, Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates and Apple CEO Steve Jobs will join the D5 event but not to read the speech but to chatting together.
Gates and Jobs will discuss the digital revolution - the field where they both play the same role - during the fifth " D: All Things Digital " conference held by Wall Street Journal on May 30, 2007. .
Technologists want to know what Jobs will agree with or oppose Gates's views and their attitudes when "clash" at the conference. In addition, Steve Jobs has his own speech at D5 to discuss Apple's direction and plans to develop iPhone and Apple TV.
The D5 seminar also attracted the participation of celebrities in technology and communications sectors such as Google CEO Eric Schmidt, Cisco CEO John Chambers, film director George Lucas, Steve Chen and Chad. Hurley - two YouTube founders .
Below is the scenario imagined by the tech community on May 30 (the photo was taken at the 3rd D: All Things Digital in 2005):
Jobs's dialogue (black shirt) and Gates (white shirt) will be more attractive than the confrontation of the heads of governments of the countries.
Will both honestly say or just words "the tip of the lips"?
Scenario 1 :
- Gates : iPod and iPhone also . usually.
- Jobs : So what do you expect from Zune's poor sales?
Scenario 2 :
Gates : Oh . Steve, I really admire Mac. Just look at the Windows Vista operating system.
Jobs : You're nice, Bill.I'm leaving now and I'll invite you to a beer.
