How to shower according to Ayurveda

- Soap : Avoid chemicals containing soap on the market. You can soak neem leaves in India for a while, then bathe with this water to improve your health and skin.
- Massage : Massage your body with mustard oil or sesame oil before bathing to help restore skin and muscles.
- Do not take too long a bath : You should not be in a hurry, but you should not take a bath for too long. For better hygiene, you can take a bath twice a day.
