In case of strange birth: I just know I have pregnant

It wasn't until labor, a young woman, that she knew she was . pregnant. The odd thing happened because the girl didn't gain weight and seemed to still have regular periods during her pregnancy.

Unbelievable story happened to Sophie Aldridge, 20, living with her parents in Kent County, England.

Last November, Aldridge suddenly awoke in the middle of the night with a terrible back pain. Worried, her mother called an ambulance and took her daughter to William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. Here, the doctors found nothing unusual and let her leave the hospital after being prescribed painkillers.

However, only a few hours after returning home, the pain returned to attack Aldridge with even more intensity, making her unbearable. The mother was again forced to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital. On the car, Aldridge had a ruptured amniotic fluid and this time the medical staff realized she was laboring.

Aldridge said: "The next thing I can remember is, I was in the hospital with a child in my arms. Everything happened so quickly. I really didn't have time to judge what was going on. I mastered labor for about 30 minutes ".

The young girl finally gave birth to a healthy, 2.5kg boy and was named Thomas. She made everyone shocked when she returned home with a child after being admitted to the hospital. Things like baby's diapers, diapers, milk, . are not prepared in advance as the mother herself does not know she is pregnant.

According to Aldridge, for some people, her story seems silly, but she really didn't know she was involved because she didn't have any symptoms. The young girl did not have morning sickness, did not gain weight and was still wearing the same size of clothes as before. She also experienced regular "red lights" throughout her pregnancy. At first, she thought that sudden night pain (actually due to labor) could be a sign of menstruation.

The phenomenon of pregnancy is not diagnosed , not so rare as many people think. Studies show that, up to 1/600 women do not realize they are pregnant until birth or immediately before they are in labor.

This phenomenon is more likely to occur in postmenopausal women and young, busy women - the target group does not expect pregnancy and does not pay attention to the typical signs of that process.

The fact that pregnant women are still a little bloody, especially in the first few months of pregnancy, may make them think they still have normal menstruation. Many people do not gain a lot of weight and do not even have bloating. Although each pregnant woman has an average increase of about 12kg during pregnancy, some pregnant women can only increase 3kg and still wear their old clothes.
