In it, an agreement paves the way for future common missions to explore Mars, while the other agreement is the cooperation of launching an Earth observation satellite.

"The signing of these two documents shows a strong commitment between NASA and ISRO to promote the development of science and life on Earth , " AFP quoted Mr Bolden as saying in a statement.

According to NASA, the two countries' space agencies will plan to combine scientific analysis data collected by two Maven spacecraft and Mars Orbiter Mission.

The Maven, which stands for NASA's Atmospheric and Unstable Evolution Mission, on September 22 successfully penetrated into orbit of Mars, beginning the mission to study climate change to pay. The question is why the red planet loses its warmth and water over time.

The Mars Orbiter Mission, also known as Mangalyaan, flew into orbit after two days, on September 24, carrying the mission to study the Martian atmosphere, in search of traces of methane - the indicator for the existence of life; take color photos of the red planet; Find out if there is water on it.

Meanwhile, the satellite observing Earth, also known as the NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar (NISAR) mission, is expected to be launched into orbit in 2020.
