India launches 104 satellites with just one rocket, breaking Russia's record
On February 15, India successfully launched a rocket carrying 104 satellites, breaking a record of 37 Russian satellites in 2014.

The PSLV-C37 boosters carrying the satellites were launched from launch sites in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh, South India at 9:28 local time.
After 28 minutes, the satellites were successfully put into orbit.
Of the 104 satellites, notably Indian satellites observed the Earth with a high resolution of 714kg named Cartosat 2 .
There are 101 foreign satellites, including 96 American satellites, while the remaining satellites belong to Israel, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
This is the second time India has successfully put many satellites into orbit in just one launch.
In June 2015, the country successfully launched 23 satellites into orbit with just one rocket.
