The Human Star satellite is spherical with a diameter of about one meter. Rocket Lab expects Human Star to become the brightest object in the sky. The moon orbits the Earth every 90 minutes and reflects sunlight by 65 small reflectors. Rocket Lab thinks that people all over the world can see light from this satellite.
"No matter where you are or what you encounter in life, everyone can see Human Stars in the night sky. I hope everyone who looks at this satellite will see through it to space. wide and think a little differently about their lives, their actions and about the things that matter to humanity , " said Peter Beck, CEO of Rocket Lab.

However, not everyone is interested in the appearance of the Human Star. Physics professor Richard Easther at the University of Auckland said that it was a game that attracted bad attention.
After 9 months of space operation, the satellite will fall back to Earth's atmosphere due to gravity. Rocket Lab advises Americans to observe the sky in March to get the best view of this satellite.
