Researchers in the United States have successfully developed technology that allows controlling other people's activities by thinking, similar to Professor Charles Xavier in the X-Men series .

We often think that the ability to control other people's minds is only in fiction, but a recent study published in the journal Public Library of Science One proves the opposite. Accordingly, University of Washington computer scientists and engineers have realized the X-Men technology to control the minds of others.

The experiment conducted to verify the effect of the new device

To test the operation of this device, the scientists conducted experiments on 3 pairs of different players. For each pair of players, they are arranged to sit in two different buildings. A person can observe the game's progress on the computer screen, the other person can only execute commands in the game without seeing anything.

The brain wave recorder is attached to the person who is viewing the screen. Through observing the game's progress, his mental central commands are transmitted to the other's brain. This brainwave stimulates the muscular neural activity of the recipient, controlling him to execute the command without knowing what is happening.

Finally, the power of Professor Charles Xavier was realized

The results were astounding: The speed of transmitting brain waves from one person to another was very fast, taking less than 650ms (milliseconds). At the same time, the results of executing commands of people who do not see the screen are 83% accurate. Through re-examination of the EEG, the remaining false orders mainly stem from the hesitation in the mind of the gamer.

Sharing this study, Dr Rajesh Rao said: 'This result helps us to know that information can be exchanged between two different brains, helping two people to perform a certain task'.

He added: "Such a device, which has been cherished for a long time in fictional films, has the potential to not only create a revolution in the field of communication, but also open a way for research of institutions brain function ".

This study will open a new chapter for the general development of many different fields. Doctors can fully use this technology to treat paralysis or motor nerve damage.

In addition, pilots can fully control the aircraft from the ground in the event of an emergency emergency.
