Individuals who register to implement the project or projects that are overdue for more than 18 months but have not been accepted and not yet settled will not be allowed to register for the implementation of the project or science and technology project for the next 2 years or to be repaid to recover the funds. issued. Organizations with 3 topics and projects that are overdue or do not settle their funding for more than 18 months or more, must not register for the topic or project in the next 2 years from the time of acceptance or liquidation and settlement of funds, or re-payment of funds.
