Mars used to be 'green planet' like Earth
The reconstructed image of the latest evidence is a planet that is largely covered by the vast ocean, like our Earth.
Unfortunately, the beautiful landscape, warm and humid climate that can sustain life has disappeared from this planet, like the dying planets in sci-fi movies.

New evidence suggests that at some stage, the current basalt shell of Mars formed by lava spreads across the planet. They suck up the oceans like giant sponges.
That's why people have repeatedly found traces of real water but not. According to calculations, the time when the planet also owned beautiful oceans was about 3.5 billion years ago.

Dr. Jon Wade - Department of Earth Sciences at Oxford University (UK), one of the scientists involved in the Mars study - said his team used modeling methods to evaluate rock composition. On this planet, calculate how much water has been absorbed. The results indicate that water on Mars has converted its particles into minerals that are mixed in the planet's crust.
The reason for this disaster occurred in Mars, and our planet escaped because the Mars atmosphere is much thinner and the planet's size is much smaller than Earth. Because of that, it is difficult to preserve the oceans on the surface. Temperatures that are constantly increasing also prevent water from reacting to minerals in the crust and can exist on the surface.

However, scientists have also found evidence that an area on Mars exists at Lake Superior equivalent groundwater in North America (80,000 km 2 wide). They hope NASA's state-of-the-art equipment can find it for later trips.
