Meteors disturb the US East Coast

A meteorite gliding in the sky of the East Coast of America and glowing brightly made witnesses mistakenly believe it was a burning plane.

Information about the February 27 sky event (February 28) has shocked residents in at least 10 states along the East Coast, from Ohio to Maryland and even in South Carolina.

The American Meteorological Association said it received more than 200 reports about the incident.

According to Fox, an eyewitness at Silver Spring, Maryland, 'It's like a plane is on fire at close range.'

'It followed a huge yellow tail full of fire and appeared right in the sky of the city', according to another witness in Virginia Beach.

'It is like preparing to fall to the city' , according to another person.

Many people describe the meteorite as white, blue or green, but some mistaken it as flares, seemingly about to stab the ground.

A similar event occurred at the beginning of the week, with at least 100 discoverers from Maryland to Connecticut.
