Mount geographic location for photos on Flickr

In November, Yahoo's photo sharing service will provide the ability to attach the tail of geographic information to photos, so when you see a landscape, you can know exactly where you're traveling.

In the next few weeks, the photo sharing site Flickr will innovate the interface for users across the globe to display photos with "geotag" attached to the location of the object. Currently, this interface has pink sections indicating where the information can be viewed.

The Maps page includes more than 70,000 locations defined by Flickr. Places page also helps users to explore an area by clicking on the popular information cards, beautiful photos, "flashes", a photo collection of places . This is a photo tag "fishing "for Hangzhou area (China).

The Places page helps users find a range of photos of a region, save them as favorites or subscribe to RSS to receive new photos daily.

Flickr's old map interface has pink circles that show a new image update (in a larger picture with more photos). It will not be set by default when the new interface is launched but still there to serve those in need.
