Mysterious land where people drink

The queimada fiery drink of the Galician people in Spain is believed to have the effect of banishing demons and sin.

Currently, queimada has not been identified as a mysterious ritual that has been transmitted through many periods or merely a fun game to help remember the past. Anyway, it's still in a special and mysterious position in Galicia, helping to gather people to honor their culture.

Don't be frightened, when you see a scene of a man stirring a burning liquid while reading mantras chasing demons. Because it is a ritual from the Celtic era called Queimada.

The fire was burned on the cauldron and the alcohol began to burn, symbolizing light.

Special drinks are prepared in a ceramic cauldron, symbolizing the Earth. Spirits aguardiente de orjuo represent water (or Mother Nature's tears) and are the main ingredient of this drink. The wine is then mixed with herbs or coffee, sugar, shell and coffee beans.

The fire was burned on the cauldron and the alcohol began to burn, symbolizing light. The sugar is stirred up from the cauldron bottom and forms a mysterious blue flame when it gradually becomes caramelized. When the fire burns smaller, drinks are scooped out with small porcelain cups for everyone to enjoy.

The spell chases away demons

When the fire rises from the fire line, a spell is read in Spanish in order to ward off the evil spirits around.
