NASA announces the latest image of Jupiter
On May 1, the latest images of Jupiter were published in front of journalists at the NASA US Space Agency headquarters in Washington. These images were recorded by the New Horizon spacecraft.
The New Horizon ship arrived in Jupiter 13 months after being launched from Canaveral Cape, Florida state, in January 2006. According to NASA scientists, these images provide unprecedented perspectives on the atmosphere, the circles, Jupiter's Moon and a close-up view of the "Little Red Dot" storm, about the size of the Earth. This storm stirred the material through the clouds.
There are also images of dust and pebbles poking through the circles and an image of a volcanic eruption taking place on the moon " Io ".
Jupiter has 4 large moons and dozens of small moons. Moon " Io " is believed to have the most powerful volcanic activity in the solar system.
