NASA delayed the launch of Discovery shuttle until November 3

On October 30, the US Aeronautics Agency (NASA) announced to delay the launch of Discovery shuttle until November 3.

The plan to launch the Space Shuttle was originally scheduled for November 1, but NASA decided to postpone it due to a leak in the pressurization system. According to the Xinhua News Agency, NASA technicians had to work all night to fix this problem and significant progress in the repair process was achieved.

Previously, Discovery was launched on the launch pad of 39A at Kennedy Space Center, Florida (USA) on September 21 (local time), to be scheduled to take off on October 1. But Discovery's historic flight was also delayed by a month for NASA to handle leaks in the ship's fuel section.

The Discovery ship crew with the STS-133 designation included commander Steven Lindsey, pilot Eric Boe and astronauts Alvin Drew, Michael Barratt, Tim Kopra, Nicole Stott (female).

The astronauts will bring the connection to the ISS new parts, including a versatile fixed module.

In particular, they will also bring to the station a robot called Robotnaut 2 , to replace astronauts performing many dangerous operations such as going out into space.

It is known that this was Discovery's last mission since it was first launched on August 30, 1984 and was one of the last two missions of NASA's shuttle fleet.
