NASA launches a spacecraft to the Moon

The US Space and Aeronautics Agency (NASA) has launched two satellites on the moon to understand the mysteries inside the planet yesterday.

According to Space, two spacecraft launched at 13h08 (GMT) from Cape Canaveral Air Force space station in Florida.

Previously, as planned, the couple of Grail –A and Grail –B spacecraft would be put on the moon on September 8, but due to the impact of the storm, it was delayed for two days.

Scientists hope that the Grail cosmic couple will map the first full moon's gravity and discover new things inside it. Since then, researchers have looked for answers to the question of whether the ridges on the moon were the result of a collision 4 billion years ago with a smaller second moon.

The two spacecraft will fly the moon's orbit within 90 days, joining each other in circles to allow researchers to measure the moon's distance and gravity.
