"We find that if your office has windows and trees, you will be more satisfied with your work," said researcher Tina Cade at Texas State University.

"This is very important for employers because employers are always looking for ways to make employees happy with expensive things like opening a gym or health care service. But there is a simpler way. a lot of things are putting trees in strategic places. "

The team surveyed 450 office workers in Texas and the Midwest, questioning the level of career satisfaction and work environment. The group found that those who worked in the office with trees and windows felt more satisfied with the work, compared to those who worked in the room without windows and trees.

When asked about the quality of life in general, 82% of people who work with trees and windows say they are satisfied or very comfortable. Only 69% of people have trees in the office but there is no such answer window. The number of people working in rooms with windows but not trees is 60%.

The most disgruntled group of working people without windows is the most dissatisfied, only 58% say they are satisfied with life in general. While no one can work in an environment with trees and windows is to answer they feel miserable.

'I was surprised to see that growing trees in the office is more beneficial than opening windows in the room , ' Cade said.
