Accordingly, the Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Science and Technology to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to propose specific and appropriate measures including the application of scientific and technical measures to strengthen and control tightly. and ensuring security of radioactive sources, reporting to the Prime Minister before November 30, 2006.

The Prime Minister also asked the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Public Security to coordinate with the Ministry of Science and Technology to strictly implement the Prime Minister's instructions on the general inspection of radioactive sources under their management, and strictly handle acts of violating law provisions on preservation, storage and transportation of radioactive sources; strictly managing and controlling radioactive sources under their management, reporting to the Prime Minister before November 30, 2006.

The Prime Minister asked the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to coordinate with the Ministry of Science and Technology to formulate a project to build national reserves to preserve used radioactive sources.

The Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Science and Technology to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Industry and relevant agencies to continue implementing the total inspection of radioactive waste used in health and economic sectors. other techniques, direct implementation of preservation measures and report to the Prime Minister before November 30, 2006.
