Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has just signed a decision to appoint Pham Dai Duong to be the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology at Decision 1709 / QD-TTg.

Mr. Pham Dai Duong is a young officer of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and held the positions of Head of International Cooperation Department and investment promotion for Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park; Deputy Head of Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park Management Board; Head of Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park Management Board.

Mr. Pham Dai Duong was born in 1974, home to Hanoi.

Previously, the Ministry of Science and Technology also announced the decisions of the Politburo and the Prime Minister on the transfer, assignment and appointment of officials of the Ministry.

Accordingly, Mr. Chu Ngoc Anh was transferred, rotated to work under Resolution No. 11 and conclusions No. 24 of the Politburo. The mobilization and rotation of cadres is to train cadres through practice, thereby selecting competent and capable cadres through practical activities at various levels at the central level.

According to Decision No. 1579 / QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Chu Ngoc Anh, Alternate Central Committee member, former Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.

Mr. Chu Ngoc Anh served as Deputy Minister of Science and Technology in the years 2010-2013 before being appointed as Chairman of Phu Tho People's Committee.
