In addition, according to the Prime Minister's decision, 10 basic research institutions will be formed in key national universities that meet the criteria and conditions for integration with the region and the world;

Building and forming a number of research journals in the fields of science and technology in Vietnam with strengths and standards recognized internationally.

At the same time, there are also 30 research and development organizations with modern facilities, equipment and strong research capacity to solve big national problems, reach the advanced level of the region and so on. gender.

In order to implement the above objectives, one of the first tasks is to pilot the ordering of a number of scientific and technological products for scientific and technological tasks using the state budget, first of all national products, high-tech products, products created from the results of scientific research and technological development.
