Rheumatoid arthritis because of eating a lot of meat
British scientists have investigated the impact of eating too much animal meat with the risk of rheumatoid arthritis. They insist that eating a lot of meat will increase the risk of infection leading to the disease.
Rheumatoid arthritis occurs when the body's immune system attacks the joint leading to inflammation and joint pain. They conducted a study of 25,630 people between the ages of 45 and 75. These were subjects studied for nine consecutive years. After eliminating different directional factors such as eating fruits, they found that people who ate a lot of animal meat on 58gr / day were twice as likely to suffer from rheumatoid arthritis compared to those who ate only 26gr / day.
