Robot bird prey in the air

Now, self-propelled devices are programmed to spy on objects, play music and even get on the wire like birds, waiting for convenient times to catch 'bait'.

Self-propelled airplanes are becoming a necessity for any security force in the world, providing 'eye gods' in the air.

However, a group of American engineers has expanded their capabilities, by attaching more claw feet that allow self-propelled devices to capture objects while flying.

The design of the engineers at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia is based on a shoelace that mimic the ability of the creature to fly during flight, according to New Scientist.

In another project of the University of Philadelphia, a software has been developed towards stabilizing the devices that are attached to the hands or feet.

Accordingly, the software allows the device to capture objects without affecting the speed or direction of the flight, by re-distributing its weight.
