Russia and France coordinate rocket design

As expected, the Oural missiles jointly designed by Russia and France will be able to be reused and operated with liquid hydrogen and liquid methane. Researchers participated in a futuristic rocket science seminar on October 17 in Moscow that said this.

'Oural space system will replace Soyuz and Ariane missiles in 2020-2030' , said Nicola Anfimov, Russian Academy of Sciences Academy.

In cooperation with the most important companies of the European Space Agency and the French Space Research Center (CNES), Russian companies will study the five stages of the Oural project.

The first stage is to determine the general shape of a reusable missile system. The second phase is to build prototypes of missile floors. The third phase is the manufacture of rocket prototypes with thermal protection technology. Phase four is to build prototype prototype of new cold fuel tank on the ground. The final stage is to build a prototype rocket that will work with hydrogen or liquid oxygen, along with liquid methane.

Mr. Joel Barre, representative of the French aerospace group SNECMA-SAFRAN specialized in manufacturing space engines, said Russia and France will continue to cooperate in the fields of liquid and liquid boosters. . When studying the first floor of future missiles, the group will cooperate with Russian rocket manufacturers, NPO and Sukhoi firms.
