Russia is planning to develop a super missile to help transport materials to build bases on the Moon in the future, Dmitry Rogozin, Russia's deputy prime minister, said in a meeting with rocket experts. Energia universe on November 28.

Russia's ambitious Moon landing mission will begin in 2026 with an unmanned flight to the Moon , followed by a take-off and landing module launched into the Moon's orbit in 2027, Vladimir Solntsev, executive director of Energia space rocket group, said.

" In 2030, we will fly a manned flight to the Moon and land on the Moon by 2031 , " Solntsev said.

In September 2016, the Russian Space Agency Roscosmos revealed that it was conducting a lot of simulations in preparation for the plan to bring 12 astronauts to live in a fixed base on the Moon's surface. .

So far, the US Aerospace Agency (NASA) is the only agency that can bring people to the Moon, with all 12 astronauts in the period from 1969 to 1972.
