Sea fishing 'armored' rare and precious fishermen

Fishermen in Romblon Province, Philippines have recently captured a strange shaped fish, a rare "armored" marine fish.

According to Phil News, this strange fish was caught by a Filipino fisherman off Romblon. These fishermen believe they have discovered new fish or endangered species.

The incident happened on the morning of February 1. The rare "armored" sea ​​fish appeared and swam around the boat, so Filipino fishermen decided to catch it. The creature was later identified as an armored searobin.

This is an extremely rare marine fish that only lives in deep water and has a very unique body. The reason is called fish saluting crest armor because this fish looks outwardly like a crustacean with thick and hard crust.

The front of the fish mouth has two long spiky bars parallel to the two, the back is a sharp tail that can injure any opponent.

Looking outside, only two eyes were soft, and the whole fish seemed to be wearing an extremely sturdy armor.

The favorite habitat for this fish is the warm tropical waters along the edge, continental slope, island area. The salmon is distributed mainly in Japan, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Australia and Vietnam.

When mature, the fish welcoming the crest can reach a maximum length of up to 28cm. Although living on the bottom of the ocean, salmon-crested salmon does not look as deep and dark as some other fishes, which have a distinctive orange-red color.

This is not the first time Romblon residents have caught this fish. In 2014 and 2015, in turn, two fishes greeted crests of armor caught by Filipino fishermen. But this fish has vivid colors and looks most unique.

Others seem quite interested in the fish offering crest armor. The fish looks like a combination of fish, shrimp and crab. Others believe that this marine species needs to be assigned to the Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources for research.
