10. Rohtang Pass, India
Rohtang Pass is located at 4km above sea level and is also one of the highest roads in the world. 5. Halsema Expressway, Philippines
Halsema Highway , also known as Baguio-Bontoc , runs through the Central Cordillera valley in the Philippines. There are often rocky, muddy, and careless drivers here that make the road become more and more serious. Accidents and casualties occurred regularly, as evidenced by the number of passenger carriages along the road.
Most of the road lacks a protective barrier, which is extremely dangerous when one side of the road is an abyss up to 1,000 ft (about 305 m) deep. Because of such danger, vehicles are not allowed to travel on the road during the rainy season.

This road goes from Tibet to Nepal and is well managed so far. However, there are a few ramps and bends on the road. Along this 1,000km long road, there are 7 pass sections with a height of at least 3,500m, of which one section is as high as 5,000m.
3. Guoliang tunnel, China
Local people built the Guoliang tunnel in China. The road is only 1,200m long, 4m wide and 5m high. Inaugurated in 1977, the tunnel was designed with 30 "windows" of all shapes and sizes. The road is dangerous not only because of the abyss below but also because of the risk of falling rocks from the top of the mountain above.
